Using Librarian with Print Portal

Librarian is supported by the BarTender Enterprise edition.

When you integrate Print Portal with your Librarian configuration, you can do the following:

• View and add revision comments for a document

• View the revision history for a document

• Compare document revisions

• Send documents that are assigned to a workflow through the workflow steps by using the Workflow Transition page

To integrate Print Portal with the Librarian revision and workflow functionality, add your Print Portal URL to the Librarian Setup page in Administration Console. For more information, refer to the Administration Console help system.
