Printing with Intelligent Forms
A form must be in production (i.e., the file must be live) in order to print it. If a user attempts to print a form that is not live, BarTender Cloud displays an error.
|
|
In the BarTender Cloud folders no extension is displayed, so to identify which files are forms and which files are documents the user needs to look at the icons. For labels, Print Portal displays a thumbnail of the label; for forms, Print Portal displays this icon .

Please be aware that working with document files that have linked Intelligent Forms is somewhat different than working with BarTender document files.

If you print a document file which is only linked to an Intelligent Form, only the default data can be printed for that document. However, if you print a document file that also includes a form built in BarTender Cloud, the BarTender Cloud form will display when you click Print.
To print the document file that includes only an Intelligent Form or includes both a BarTender Cloud form and a linked Intelligent Form, you must launch the print from the Intelligent Form.
