Branding Property Page

Use this property page to replace the default Print Portal branding with your company's branding. You can replace the Print Portal icon () with an icon of your company logo (or other image) and change the colors of items in the user interface to your company's branded colors.

The following options are available.

Brand Icon

  • Select new brand icon: Opens the Open dialog so that you can browse to and then select the image file that you want to use for your icon.

  • Reset: Restores the default Print Portal icon.

Colors

  • Background: Specifies the color of the background.

  • Header and footer background: Specifies the color of the header and footer background.

  • Folder tree selected item: Specifies the color that a folder in the folder navigation pane on the Home page turns to when it is selected.

  • Button primary: Specifies the color of the buttons, such as the Browse and Save buttons.

  • Folder icon: Specifies the color of the folder icons.

  • Link text: Specifies the color of link text.

  • Item hover: Specifies the color that an item (such as the text of a folder tree item, the folder icon outline, and link text) turns to when the user points to it.

  • Reset to Defaults: Restores the default Print Portal colors.

Next to each item under Colors is a color selection bar that displays the currently selected color for the item. To change the color, click the bar and then select the color that you want.

  1. In Print Portal, open the Administrative Setup page.

  2. Click the Branding tab to open the Branding property page.

  3. To replace the default icon with an icon of your company logo or other image, click Select new brand icon, browse to and select the image file that you want to use, and then click Open.

  4. To change the default colors to your company's branded colors, click the color selection bar for each item whose color you want to change, and then use one of the following methods in the color selector box: 

    • Use the slider to select the base color, and then drag the circle-shaped selector in the color field to the color that you want.

    • Click the arrows as needed to change the color code type to RGB, HSL, or HEX, and then manually enter the values that you want in the fields.

  5. Click outside the color selector box or press Enter to close the box.

  6. Click Save to save your changes.
