Administrative Setup Page

The Administrative Setup page provides access to property pages that you can use to configure Print Portal settings. To display this page, click Administrative Setup on the Home page.

When authentication is enabled for Print Portal and security is enabled in BarTender Administration Console, the Administrative Setup page can be accessed only by users who have Administer permission for Print Portal as specified in Administration Console. For more information, refer to Configuring Application and Document Security.

When you first open the Administrative Setup page, the Root Folders property page is displayed by default. To access the other property pages, click their tabs.

• Root Folders Property Page

  Use this property page to specify the folders that you want to make available in Print Portal to print BarTender documents from.

• Client Printing Property Page

  Use this property page to enable print jobs to be sent to a client computer and to specify a web server name and print router URL for the client to use.

• Security Property Page

  Use this property page to configure password settings and to specify any features that you want to make unavailable to users.

• Advanced Property Page

  Use this property page to configure print settings and other options.

• Branding Property Page

  Use this property page to add your company logo and branded colors to the Print Portal user interface.
