Use the Home page to view and browse the folders that contain BarTender document files, to use filter and search options to find the specific document files that you want, and to access administrative settings and the help system.
The Home page includes the following components.

: Displays the Home page.

The icon can be replaced with an icon of your company logo or other custom image. For more information, refer to Branding Property Page.

Help: Opens the Print Portal help system.

Administrative Setup: Opens the Administrative Setup page, where system administrators can specify advanced configuration settings for Print Portal.

View: Specifies whether folders and documents are displayed as large icons or by their details.

Group By: Specifies a filter by which to group folders and BarTender documents. The Group By filters are drawn from the document metadata that is specified on the Information tab of the BarTender Document Options dialog in BarTender Designer for a document.

Sort By: Specifies criteria by which to sort the folders and documents.

Refresh: Reloads the Home page content.

Search: Searches for files by name or partial name.
The folder navigation pane displays the folders and subfolders that contain BarTender document files so that you can browse to and print the document that you want.
The folders and files that are available in the folder navigation pane are determined by your system administrator.

Print Portal displays only those folders that you have been granted permissions to access. If the folder that you want is not displayed and you know that it exists, contact your system administrator to verify that you were granted the required permissions to access the folder.

When the Hybrid Cloud is set up in BarTender, Print Portal opens with the Templates and BarTender Cloud folders displayed. The Templates folder contains the folders and subfolders that hold BarTender document files; you can browse to and print any of the documents available here. The BarTender Cloud folder contains the folders and subfolders that hold the BarTender Cloud document files. These documents are accessed from BarTender Cloud but can be printed using BarTender printers.
When you select a folder in the navigation pane, the subfolders and files in the selected folder are displayed in the document selection pane to the right of the navigation pane. Click a folder to browse to the file that you want, and then click the file to open the Print page.
